Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to provide finance administration support to our dedicated team, assisting the manager with daily financial operations. As a key member of the CV-Library finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial reports, processing cost requests, and handling supplier payment queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounts Receivable Invoicing
- Rent and service charge invoices
- Responding to queries via email
- Recharge invoices and ad hoc invoice reconciliation
- Handling supplier payment queries
- Processing cost requests
- Managing financial reports
- Performing ad hoc finance and administration tasks as required
- Previous experience as a Financial Administrator, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexible approach to work
- Able to independently plan and prioritise workload, as well as work effectively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits package
