The Trust Account Administrator plays a crucial part in overseeing daily financial operations of the trust account, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all tasks. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trust Management: Oversee receipting, reconciliations, payments, and REBA compliance.
  • Property Support: Handle rent reviews, budgeting, and reconciliations.
  • Compliance: Ensure regulatory adherence and audit readiness.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accuracy and confidentiality across systems.
  • Skilled and Professional: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Cirrus8 (desirable), with strong accounting knowledge and communication skills.
