Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately, providing timely solutions.
  • Assist with reporting and other administrative duties as required, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to arrange and prepare for client meetings, fostering strong relationships.
  • Evaluate and maintain the accuracy of client records and data entry calculations, guaranteeing precision.
Requirements for Success:
  • A minimum of previous experience in the Financial Advisory sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of organisational operations and financial processes, including compliance.
