Senior Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Coordinator to lead our care team in Carlisle.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care and support to older adults.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience working in a residential care setting with older adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Diploma or degree in social care or related field
  • Valid first aid certificate

About the Role

As a Senior Care Coordinator you will be responsible for providing 24 hour support for older adults who require assistance with daily living tasks.

You will be expected to:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support residents with their hobbies and interests
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth running service

Salary and Benefits

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits
