As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of accommodation and compliance with relevant contracts, prioritizing the safety and well-being of service users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Regularly inspect properties to guarantee safety and compliance.
- Manage the onboarding and withdrawal of properties according to established procedures.
- Undertake minor property repairs within trained scope and provided toolkit.
- Handle customer complaints and facilitate issue resolution.
- Be part of an on-call rota for 24/7 service availability.
- A valid UK driving license is required, with willingness to travel between properties.
Job Requirements:
This role requires a permanent, full-time commitment with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (on-call rota every 10 weeks). The estimated salary for this role is £26,250, and a company car will be provided.
