Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans to support children and young people's learning and development.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £12,428.63 pro rata (£26,100.12 FTE) per annum, with a potential to earn up to £15,685.91 with sleep-in shifts. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
