About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Child Development Assistant to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care, emotional support, and guidance to children and young people.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct support to children and young people, helping them navigate daily challenges.
  • Assisting with personal care, educational needs, and emotional well-being.
  • Developing strong relationships with children, fostering trust and security.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, especially those with additional needs or in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
