Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. In this role, you will provide care and support to seven adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, promoting their independence and well-being. This is an excellent opportunity to gain or enhance your skills in a supportive environment, while making a real difference in the lives of others.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends. Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs is desirable. We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
- To assist with daily tasks and activities promoting independence and well-being
- To maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of person-centred plans
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
