We are looking for dedicated and flexible individuals to provide personalised support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Our 24-hour supported living service is based in a beautiful conservation area of Carlisle, easily accessible by public transport.
As a relief support worker, you will work with a small team to provide positive support to individuals, enabling them to participate in community activities and develop their domestic, financial, and emotional management skills. You will also work with service users to develop personal support plans that address their individual needs and help them achieve greater independence and self-esteem.
The ideal candidate will have prior support-related experience, be highly motivated, and have a keen insight into the challenges faced by our clients on a daily basis. You will be able to work flexible shifts on a relief basis and enjoy working as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £21,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals to achieve their full potential, we would love to hear from you.
