About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Advocate to provide exceptional support to adults with learning disabilities in our Extra Care block of flats in Carlisle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote independence and facilitate daily activities to enhance quality of life
  • Assist with personal care, household management, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Foster life skills and personal interests through engaging and supportive approaches
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Manual handling and accurate record keeping
