Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Accountabilities
  • Process sales orders and delivery notes using our in-house system.
  • Coordinate orders and delivery dockets for the warehouse team.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, developing relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor customer correspondence and ensure timely communication.
  • Manage bookings for parcels and pallets onto the transporters' system.
  • Confirm customer orders, track despatch, and monitor delivery progress.
  • Update stock availability information and manage backorders efficiently.
  • Liaise with logistics providers regarding delivery issues or concerns.
  • Provide Proof of Delivery (PODs) as required by customers.
  • Invoice customers and review paperwork.
