We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to provide administrative support and IT assistance to our team at Citizens Advice Carlisle and Eden. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, responding to queries, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client queries and concerns.
  • Assist with the registration of new clients, answering basic questions, and directing visitors/callers to relevant departments or external organizations.
