About the Role
NXT Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled administrator to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing support to our construction industry clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum.

Job Description
The primary responsibilities of this role include daily input of sales orders and delivery notes into our in-house system, preparing orders and delivery dockets for the warehouse team, handling customer enquiries via telephone and email, and monitoring emails and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to book parcels and pallets onto our transporters' logistics system, acknowledge customer orders, confirm despatch, and monitor delivery. They will also be responsible for updating customers on stock availability, maintaining back order records, liaising with delivery companies regarding queries or issues, sending Proof of Delivery (PODs) when requested by customers, and invoicing customers and verifying paperwork.

Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration and customer service skills, strong communication skills and confidence when speaking over the phone, the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, and attention to detail and ability to follow established processes. Familiarity with construction and building products is desirable.

Working Conditions
This role is based in our Carlisle office and offers a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday.
