As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for carrying out general administration duties, including taking orders, dealing with customer queries, and providing quotations. You will also be proactive in making outbound calls to past, present, and potential customers to upsell and cross-sell our fuel products.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of building great customer relationships and the ability to take calls from prospecting to close. A strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to understand our products and services is essential.

You will work closely with our drivers to ensure that our customers receive an optimum service and we generate repeat and new custom. Collaboration with the finance team to resolve customer queries and support applications for credit is also a key part of this role.

We offer a competitive salary package of £30,000 per annum, annual salary reviews, and a minimum of 25 days annual leave. We also provide access to a range of employee benefits, including a health cash plan, cycle to work scheme, and pension enrolment after 3 months of employment.
