About the role: As a Christmas Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, handling transactions on the till, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations on products.
  • Till Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently on the till system.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards throughout the store, including product displays and shop floor organization.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
