Sales Administrator Role

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Carlisle, working Monday to Friday. The estimated salary for this position is up to £26,000 per annum.

The Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to provide administration support and deliver exceptional customer service to the UK's leading suppliers of materials to the construction industry.

The Key Duties:
  • Inputting sales orders and delivery notes into our in-house system.
  • Developing relationships with customers and maximising sales opportunities through effective communication.
  • Monitoring emails and responding in a timely manner to develop business opportunities.
  • Acknowledging customer orders and confirming despatch.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in talking over the phone.
  • Knowledge of the construction and building products industry is desirable.
