We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service and Sales Administrator to join the team at NXT Recruitment LTD. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales function.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily input of sales orders and delivery notes on the in-house system, preparing orders and delivery dockets for the warehouse, and confidently answering the telephone and managing enquiries. You will also be responsible for monitoring emails and ensuring enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, booking parcels and pallets onto the transporters logistic system, and acknowledging customer orders, confirming their despatch and monitoring delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent administration and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in talking over the phone
  • The ability to use initiative and work effectively to deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Knowledge of construction and building products (desirable)

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits including a competitive salary, pension scheme, and training opportunities.
