About the Role: As an Accounting and Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance team in maintaining accurate and efficient financial processes. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, record keeping, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Entry: Enter financial data accurately and efficiently into our system.
  2. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and invoices.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the management team, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry and record-keeping systems are essential. Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures would be beneficial.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a 27-day holiday scheme rising to 33 days after 10 years' service, flexible working arrangements, access to a lease car, and a competitive pension scheme.
