Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to our Edinburgh Woollen Mill and Bonmarche brands. This will involve conducting regular store audits, reconciling sales data, and processing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular store visits to verify sales data and resolve any discrepancies.
  2. Reconcile sales data from various sources, including cash registers and credit card machines.
  3. Investigate and resolve any issues related to sales data, such as missing or duplicate transactions.
  4. Process credit card charge-backs and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
  5. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to stores and respond to their queries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  1. A flexible approach to work and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £23,740, based on 37 hours worked per week at £11.50 per hour.
