Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Data Analyst who will lead the management of finance data and reporting, making well thought-out decisions on complex data reporting issues and work cross-functionally with all areas of the business and IT to fulfill their reporting-related responsibilities.

About the Role:

This is a key position in our organization that requires a strong understanding of financial concepts, data analysis, and reporting techniques. As a Senior Financial Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial data, identifying trends and insights, and developing reports to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Provide guidance and training to junior analysts on data analysis and reporting techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with changing financial regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or data analytics
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, data analysis, and reporting techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

What We Offer:

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

This role is based in one of our core office locations, including Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD, or Mauldin, SC.
