We are seeking a skilled Performance Data Analyst to join our team at Cumberland Council. As a Performance Data Analyst, you will play a key role in interpreting and using performance information to help and influence senior management in a local authority and partnership context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, manipulate, and interpret large amounts of data to present insights in an engaging and effective way.
- Develop and maintain databases and datasets to support performance analysis.
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and provide tailored data insights.
- Support the development of performance reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
