Strategic Program Architect

We are seeking a Strategic Program Architect to play a pivotal role in complex program architecture and strategic management. As part of our Design & Delivery team, you will contribute to cutting-edge defense solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Complex Analysis: Investigate and navigate complex program scenarios with ambiguity, identifying and analyzing both challenges and opportunities.
- Holistic Problem Solving: Employ a broad perspective to address and prioritize program needs effectively.
- Scenario Modeling: Develop models of current and future states to align with program objectives.
- Strategic & Operational Management: Communicate and implement program strategies while coordinating architectural consistency across initiatives.
- Architecture Development: Oversee and maintain a stable program architecture, ensuring adherence to functional standards and design integrity.
- Capability Improvement: Conduct maturity assessments and performance evaluations to advance program capabilities.
- Client Engagement: Gather requirements, analyze data, and provide thorough solutions to program issues.
- Business Architect: The TOGAF Standard, Business Architecture Guild
- Business Analyst: British Computer Society certification
- Working within a core team of 10 people - in the Design & Delivery team
Based on your exceptional skills, we estimate an annual salary of £85,000 - £110,000 depending on experience and qualifications. This position offers flexible work arrangements and requires onsite presence 2 days per fortnight.
