Carmichael is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to support a large nuclear project in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Timekeeper with uploading timesheets and hours onto Oracle R12 & Replicon software.
  • E nsure allocation sheets are submitted and received on time for accurate cost allocations and adjustments.
  • Reconcile weekly hours worked and paid.
  • Follow up on missing supervisor approvals.
  • Verify correct booking codes are applied on allocation sheets.
  • Upload timesheets and hours onto Replicon software for 200+ employees.
  • Maintain Absence/Sickness/Holiday Records.
  • Cross-reference allocation sheets with security gate clocking machine reports.
  • Process staff monthly overtime sheets.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A highly motivated, proactive, and practical administrator with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Honest, reliable, and professional individual with strong timekeeping skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain computer literacy.
  • Essential requirements include BPSS clearance and a P4 pass.
