Job Summary:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join their Client Services team as an Administrative Support Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, responding to client inquiries, and collaborating with Financial Planners to arrange client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional administrative support, maintaining accurate records and efficient data entry.
- Respond to client phone calls and direct inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Collaborate with Financial Planners to arrange and prepare for client meetings, building strong relationships.
- Evaluate and maintain the accuracy of client records and data entry calculations, guaranteeing precision.
- A minimum of previous experience in the Financial Advisory sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of organisational operations and financial processes.
