Role Overview:

We are in search of a committed and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to enhance our multidisciplinary team. This role is essential in evaluating, treating, and advising on cases that involve intricate communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations of communication and swallowing impairments in patients with neurological conditions.
  • Create and execute tailored treatment strategies to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Offer expert consultation to the healthcare team, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with a range of professionals including Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Neuropsychologists.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a recognized qualification in Speech and Language Therapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Experience in managing complex communication and swallowing issues is essential.
