About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Performance Management: Coach and develop sales team members to improve their sales performance and achieve individual targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Coaching and Development: Ability to coach and develop sales team members to improve their sales performance and achieve individual targets.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales Force Experience: Previous experience working with Sales Force.
  • Sharepoint Familiarity: Familiarity with Sharepoint.
