We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our efforts at the National Counter Trafficking Centre. We have multiple full-time positions available (37 hours per week) that will be Home Based, with opportunities for significant travel across various regions.

Salary - £27,300 - £36,029 plus an annual Office at Home Allowance of £312. This is an ongoing recruitment process, and our team will be continuously reviewing applications and inviting candidates for interviews.

To be eligible for these positions, candidates must reside within the specified areas and possess a valid driving licence along with access to a vehicle:

Key Responsibilities of the Child Trafficking Support Specialist:

Child Support : The Child Trafficking Support Specialists provide assistance to children who have faced trafficking and exploitation, collaborating with other professionals to ensure that these children receive the necessary support tailored to their individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a significant caseload of young individuals through both direct and indirect engagement, adhering to service Key Performance Indicators and Home Office Guidance. Engaging with children through in-person meetings and digital platforms, employing innovative methods to guarantee that they receive a high standard of specialized support within the role's parameters. Assisting practitioners from partner organizations to address the needs of children who have experienced trafficking and exploitation. Identifying and addressing safeguarding issues, notifying management of concerns, and collaborating with staff from partner organizations to implement a comprehensive safeguarding strategy.

While this position is permanent, please note that it is contingent upon funding, which is currently secured until a specified date. Should this funding not be renewed, you may be subject to a redundancy consultation or a TUPE arrangement.

While the complete pay band and salary range are advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to offer positions between the minimum and midpoint of the pay band, ensuring that pay increments are available to reward our team members annually based on their contributions and alignment with our values and behaviors.
