Job Overview

Assystem Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Technical Administrator to join our team on a contractual basis.

In this role, you will collaborate with essential support functions and engineering teams dedicated to the production and delivery of components.

Position Details:

Job Title: Technical Administrator

Contract Duration: 9-12 Months

Location: Not specified

Contract Type: PAYE via Umbrella solution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers in ensuring compliance with all documentation and adherence to processes and procurement activities.
  • Verify and compile tooling documents and records to support record retention and process standardization.
  • Maintain and manage data and content within planning programs accurately.
  • Participate in technical meetings as a scribe and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Support activities within TeamCenter, including placeholder creation, folder management, and revision control.
  • Coordinate with program teams on WIP projects to ensure the master planning tool is up to date.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to processes.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in minute-taking and scribing.
  • Familiarity with SAP, TeamCenter, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to business demands during critical periods.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.

This position requires the candidate to hold a minimum of Security Check (SC) clearance without any restrictions. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be UK nationals or, in approved cases, dual nationals from non-ITAR countries.
