- Oversee and manage pension administration systems, ensuring accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Support meetings related to safeguarding and compliance, contributing to risk management processes.
- Collaborate with financial professionals and assist with clerical duties, while maintaining comprehensive training documentation.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English, with grades between 9-4 / A*-C or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer operations with standard keyboard skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of financial principles and bookkeeping is preferred.
- Understanding of relevant terminology in the pensions sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and meet objectives independently.
Operational Duties: Utilize pension administration systems and related software to update and manage data in accordance with company policies, ensuring that records are consistently accurate and accessible to relevant staff.
Provide thorough administrative support to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to clients and colleagues alike.
Conduct and oversee risk assessments, including those related to health and safety.
Manage the retrieval and processing of records for clients, ensuring timely updates and readiness for necessary actions.
Assist with administrative tasks for specialized units, including client allocations and service documentation.
Maintain training records for staff and coordinate necessary training sessions.
Retrieve and organize information from both digital and manual systems as required.
Adhere to established policies and guidelines, providing constructive feedback and contributing to updates of operational documents.
Support the management team with various clerical tasks and projects to facilitate the smooth functioning of the organization.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of £44.
