Job Title: Administrator/Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administrator/Training Coordinator to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our QSHE & Energy and Training Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and organization needs of our training activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all pre-training and post-training documentation and processes are followed and completed.
  • Plan and schedule all refresher certifications and accreditations.
  • Manage administrative housekeeping accuracy and certifications.
  • Track eLearning activities for all colleagues and ensure all courses are followed up and completed.
  • Provide relevant training reports to stakeholders by linking to LMS.
  • Manage the sign-off process for new starters on the LMS.
  • Oversee the Training & Career Management inbox and answer or forward any new queries.
  • Support the Apprentice & Training Manager with administration tasks.
  • Liaise with operational management teams to obtain evidence of training.
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A well-developed knowledge of training management techniques and processes.
  • Experience in data entry and administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted work relationships.
  • High level of initiative and self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to handle and prioritize work methodically.
Desirable:
  • Train the Trainer skills and training delivery.
  • Experience with the CITB financial levy and grant application process.
  • Experience in Learning Management Systems.
