Job Title: Administrator / Training and Development Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administrator / Training and Development Coordinator to join our QSHE & Energy and Training Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, knowledge of training management techniques and processes, and excellent communication, organization, and data entry skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the QSHE & Energy and Training Team with administrative tasks and training management
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative background and knowledge of training management techniques and processes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-focused with a strong work ethic
