An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dynamic and adaptable individual to become part of our Paediatric Management team as an Administrative Coordinator. This role involves providing essential office and customer service support to the management team.
This position is ideal for those seeking to enhance their experience in a Paediatric environment and advance their career. You will deliver a professional and thorough service to the Business Unit team, ensuring effective communication and organizational systems are maintained at all times.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational abilities and punctuality are essential. Proficiency in keyboarding, word processing, and data entry, particularly with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook, is required. A solid educational background equivalent to GCSE level, including English and Maths at Grade C or above, is necessary.
The successful applicant must be computer literate with practical experience in IT applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet usage.
Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Photocopying and laminating documents
- Ordering office supplies
- Scheduling and organizing meetings
- Taking minutes and notes during meetings
- Managing diaries
- Producing departmental newsletters
- Completing charitable fund requests
- Collecting and accurately inputting data for local and national reporting
- Handling non-clinical telephone inquiries
You will be entrusted with managing highly confidential and sensitive information regularly, requiring discretion at all times.
Additionally, you will assist the Business Unit PA in coordinating both regular and ad-hoc meetings, including producing agendas, minutes, and action plans.
