Position Summary

As an Administrative Team Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various administrative functions within the Data Security & Protection department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the development of leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, monitoring, and submission of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Information Sharing Agreements (ISAs).
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory Data Security and Protection standards, maintaining a high level of performance.
  • Manage risk and incident responses related to Data Security & Protection, fostering awareness and implementing lessons learned.
  • Support the wider Data Security & Protection team, including training for Information Asset Owners (IAOs) and administrators.
  • Oversee the Trust's Information Asset Register and Record of Processing Activities (RoPA).

Qualifications and Skills

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in a management or senior role.
