Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Operational Coordination Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the centre, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Operational Coordination Centre, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Operational Coordination: Assist in the coordination of operational activities, ensuring that deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including the SCC and linked functions.
  • Performance Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring that operational performance is optimized.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Knowledge: Working knowledge of operational performance management and the ability to contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures.
