ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be pivotal in assisting our Talent Partners and the wider People Team during a dynamic growth phase at Carwow Group. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing the efficiency and precision of our recruitment operations, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent. You will prioritize delivering an outstanding candidate experience, from the initial job advertisement to the pre-onboarding phase. Your efforts will strengthen our relationships with prospective hires and the community, bolstering our employer brand and helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate interviews and technical assessments among candidates, hiring managers, executive assistants, and Talent Partners.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience at various stages of the recruitment process, maintaining a candidate net promoter score above industry standards.
  • Execute necessary tasks during the offer and pre-onboarding phases.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and IT to streamline the pre-onboarding process.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant job boards.
  • Create and maintain documentation and process manuals.
  • Administer hiring materials effectively.
  • Keep the applicant tracking system (Workable) updated and organized.
  • Support Talent Partners by compiling and analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize third-party platforms to analyze data, ensuring recruitment objectives are met and processes are optimized.
  • Organize and support job fairs and career events to promote Carwow Group.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality administration and coordination.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently while being a cohesive team member.
  • Analytical mindset, utilizing data to drive enhancements and achieve recruitment targets.
  • Experience with recruitment systems, such as Workable ATS, is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Step 1: Initial video call with one of our UK Talent Partners.
  • Step 2: In-person interview with a UK Talent Partner.
  • Step 3: Interview with the Head of Department or Director of People & Talent.
