About Us: White & Clayton Recruitment is collaborating with a dynamic and expanding organization committed to delivering premium food products. We are on the lookout for a driven National Account Executive who can operate remotely within the UK.

Position Overview: The successful candidate will be accountable for cultivating and overseeing all client relationships across Retail, Wholesale, and Out of Home sectors, ultimately achieving established sales KPIs and fostering growth in both volume and value.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate annual and seasonal sales strategies while establishing sales objectives.
  • Forge robust working relationships with clients and pinpoint new business prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with production and export teams on carcass utilization, balance, and optimizing waste streams.
  • Engage with the entire sales and marketing team to define the farm-to-consumer product needs and align these with livestock availability and future development.
  • Oversee customer-specific marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Partner with the Managing Director, finance, and production teams to determine accurate long-term costings, price forecasting, and weekly pricing structures.
  • Conduct regular client visits and occasionally represent the company at trade exhibitions.
  • Work alongside production and technical teams to ensure the precise delivery of products according to customer specifications.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure efficient and timely stock delivery, maintaining product availability.
  • Compile and analyze sales data, providing comprehensive reports.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including order entry and efficient issue resolution.
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing structures, product ranges, and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to establish and manage the annual sales and marketing budget.
  • Exemplify the organization's workplace culture through leadership.
  • Adopt a high-performance, collaborative, and empowered approach, effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels.
