National Account Manager

The TalentPool Company is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, including Waitrose, M&S, and John Lewis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and market share growth
- Lead negotiations with retail partners to secure new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to drive revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong relationships with key retail partners and ability to negotiate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
