Job Title: National Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Key Accounts: Build and nurture strong relationships for branded and own brand labels.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify opportunities within existing accounts and develop targeted sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various teams both internally and externally, building relationships for effective delivery.
  • Performance Reporting: Effectively communicate status, highlighting sales performance and targets, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in national account management, specifically with larger retailers and convenience stores.
  • Strong background in selling food products, ideally short shelf-life food products or perishables.
  • Ability to produce financial and volume forecasts, projecting sales figures.
  • Commercially focused: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach and exceptional communication abilities.
