Join Our Team as a National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Ceuta, an IQVIA company. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing business through key accounts, providing input to brand and category plans, and ensuring plans reflect account opportunities and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead business through specific multiple and regional accounts.
  • Provide input to brand and category plans, ensuring they reflect account opportunities and company objectives.
  • Ensure plans maximize product brand shares and provide accurate and timely sales volume and value forecasts.
  • Maintain updated information and reports on account trading policies and business objectives, ensuring the most favourable trading terms on price, service, and profitability are negotiated.
  • Control product promotional budgets and identify improvement opportunities, maintaining control of overheads and expenses within defined limits to ensure the most economic coverage of accounts.
  • Monitor and control account development, delivering budgeted sales and KPIs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and report on any such activity, making recommendations and implementing alternative business strategies in light of changing market conditions.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in account management, preferably within OTC or grocery sales. Recent exposure to the principles of category management, preferably within the health and beauty industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attributes: Tenacious, persuasive, and client-focused with a proven track record of sales success.
