Enterprise Risk Management Leader at Clarivate

Clarivate is on the lookout for a skilled Enterprise Risk Management Leader to enhance our risk governance framework. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass planning and implementing the ERM cycle, performing comprehensive risk evaluations, and engaging with essential stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of experience in enterprise risk management
  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
  • Familiarity with ERM governance frameworks such as COSO

Desirable Skills

  • Certification in risk management or a related area
  • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions
  • Strong skills in data analysis and software applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and categorize critical operational risks
  • Ensure adherence to relevant standards and regulations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate across functions with IT Infrastructure teams
  • Drive service improvement through innovative initiatives and research
