Senior Risk Management Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Risk Management Executive to lead our Operational Resilience efforts. As a key member of our Enterprise Risk Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of our critical business services through disruption events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead oversight efforts to ensure the firm's ability to deliver critical business services through disruption events
- Develop and implement the operational resilience risk program and framework
- Foster close collaboration with the first line Enterprise Resilience Office
- Play a lead role in facilitating elements of the Operational Resilience framework
- Ensure the program is meeting key milestones to meet regulatory requirements and deliverables
- Collaborate with senior executive management to drive understanding of critical business vulnerabilities and response capabilities
- Provide risk insight on operational, technology, and resiliency risk trends and industry knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Risk leadership team to maintain proper local governance structures
- Oversee the hiring, coaching, performance, and development of Operational Resilience staff globally
- Ensure that appropriate risk management information is produced and reviewed at appropriate intervals
- Report regularly to corporate, local and regional governance committees with appropriate, timely and relevant risk data
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience with at least a substantive portion in Operational Resilience Risk, or other similar control function
- Demonstrated knowledge of multiple risk management disciplines, environments, standards, and regulations
- Exceptional program leadership, influence, and relationship building skills
- Strong ability to understand and engage in business transformation; productively highlight risks and opportunities and effectively manage a successful outcome
- Strong track record managing, coaching, and collaborating with staff across multiple locations
