The Senior Risk Management Professional will be responsible for ensuring the effective identification, measurement, control, and management of risks facing the organization. This will involve developing and implementing risk management frameworks and policies, ensuring they align with industry best practice and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Risk Management Frameworks: Design and implement risk management frameworks and policies that align with industry best practice and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify, assess, and quantify market and model risks, providing regular reporting to senior management and the board highlighting key risk exposures, trends, and mitigation actions.
- Control and Governance: Implement robust controls and ensure that risk management practices are integrated into business operations, providing proactive and practical risk management advice to key stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, trading, finance, and compliance, to embed a risk-aware culture across the organization.
Requirements:
- Risk Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of risk management standards and requirements, including OTC derivatives and structured products.
