Senior Operational Risk Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk professional to lead the implementation and continuous development of our Operational Risk Management Framework. As a Senior Operational Risk Manager, you will provide strategic input to risk-related policies, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and continuous development of the Operational Risk Management Framework.
  • Provide strategic input to risk-related policies, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall risk appetite.
  • Collaborate with key business leaders, influencing and driving best practices across the business.
  • Conduct risk assessments, monitor risk events, and support business lines in identifying root causes and mitigating risks.
  • Prepare and present risk reports to the executive team and board, offering clear insights on emerging risks and trends.
