Operational Risk Consultant Opportunity

IQ Risk is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a leading financial institution in the retail banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risk
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and document risk reporting processes
  • Provide training and upskilling to the business on risk management systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operational risk management in retail banking
  • Strong knowledge of RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) methodologies
  • Ability to develop and document risk reporting processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
