Senior Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Consultant to join our team at IQ Risk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating operational risks in our retail banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize operational risk
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management
- Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operational risk management in retail banking
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
