Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team at IQ Risk. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, ensuring it aligns with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead risk assessments and monitor emerging risks across the organization.
- Continuously manage risk registers and collaborate with first-line risk champions.
- Support executive reporting on enterprise risks, including preparation for the Risk, Audit, and Compliance Committee.
- Implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
- Draft and socialize policies, ensuring they meet internal standards and regulatory compliance.
- Provide oversight for risk management tools and ensure timely risk/control assessments.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A relevant professional qualification (ICA, IRM, etc.).
- At least 5 years of senior-level experience in financial services, with expertise in mortgage/loan products.
- In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
- A strong background in leading and coaching teams.
- The ability to communicate complex information clearly at all levels, with proven experience working with executive leadership.
