Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Risk Management Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by our email-based risk assessment solution.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze accounts to identify improvements, optimize the risk assessment to more accurately detect high-risk transactions, and provide thought leadership to customers during business reviews.
You will also be responsible for conducting proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customers' solution performance is maintained and improved, performing targeted rule adjustments to help our customers address emerging risks, and developing an action plan for key customers which improves their maturity on the solution.
Additionally, you will conduct routine fraud review verification and ensure corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner, and improve fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate and utilizing various data workflow management and analysis tools.
Responsibilities- Analyze accounts to identify improvements and optimize the risk assessment to more accurately detect high-risk transactions.
- Conduct proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customers' solution performance is maintained and improved.

- Develop an action plan for key customers which improves their maturity on the solution.

- Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc., and various data types and formats including, but not limited to: XML, flat files, delimited, etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
- Demonstrate good research skills and interest in fraud analysis for real-life scenarios.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills in English; other languages are ideal.
