About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join their team in the City of London. As a key member of the Risk team, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating the bank's risks, with a focus on liquidity risk, ALM, and enterprise risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Risk in the management and mitigation of the bank's risks
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management strategies
  • Produce management information for committee meetings and other risk-related responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective risk management practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of liquidity risk, ALM, and related regulatory requirements
  • Experience in financial reporting and risk committee processes
  • Knowledge of enterprise risk management and recovery planning is advantageous
