About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team at IQ Risk. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, ensuring it aligns with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead risk assessments and monitor emerging risks across the organization.
  • Manage risk registers and collaborate with risk champions to ensure effective risk management.
  • Support executive reporting on enterprise risks, including preparation for the Risk, Audit, and Compliance Committee.
  • Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Draft and socialize policies to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide oversight for risk management tools and ensure timely risk/control assessments.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A relevant professional qualification (ICA, IRM, etc.).
  • At least 5 years of senior-level experience in financial services, with expertise in mortgage/loan products.
  • In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
  • A strong background in leading and coaching teams.
  • The ability to communicate complex information clearly at all levels, with proven experience working with executive leadership.
