About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk professional to lead the development of our new risk function. As the first dedicated risk hire, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the entire enterprise risk function, developing the framework for our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an enterprise risk management framework
  • Establish a risk management structure and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide risk management guidance and support to the business
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Requirements
  • Strong risk knowledge across Operational and Enterprise frameworks
  • Experience in Private Markets, particularly Credit and Debt funds
  • Regulatory reporting experience, particularly to the FCA
  • Understanding of ICARA process
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
